Italians love to talk about food

[Rugantino, Rome - May 2014]
Famous dish of Lazio, original from Amatrice and widespread today. It consists of spaghetti or bucatini pasta served with a sauce made of bacon, red pepper, onion, olive oil and a little tomato, on which is spread grated cheese.
